Pre-heat your oven to 425 F

Cut the avocado lengthwise into halves and remove the pit.

If the pit is small then scoop out a tinny bit more of the avocado to make room for an egg.

Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet.

Break an egg in each of the avocado halves.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and bake for 15 minutes.
